Simply follow these steps to top up.
Ensure that your mobile phone is inserted with your StarHub Green Pre-paid SIM Card.
Please dial the StarHub Prepaid Mobile Service Hotline 9850 0000 on your mobile phone.
After the welcome message, press "2" to top up.
When your hear the voice prompt, enter your Top-up Card Number.
You will then hear a voice prompt for your PIN. Enter your PIN.
The Top-Up Card once sold in non-refundable.

Your GREEN Prepaid SIM card balance is valid for 6 months, please top up once every 6 months.
